These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Awaken Inner Shakti's Website, located at https://www.awakeninnershakti.com.

Participation Disclaimer

This retreat includes emotional, physical, and mindfulness activities, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound bath sessions.

  • By attending, you confirm:

    • You are physically and mentally fit to participate

    • You take full responsibility for your well-being during the retreat

    • You understand that all activities, including sound bath sessions, are participated in at your own risk

    • This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

      Health & Safety

      • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies

      • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the retreat

      • The organizer shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation

Code of Conduct

This is a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space.
Participants are expected to:

  • Respect others' boundaries and experiences

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared personal stories

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate comments and behavior

  • Maintain silence during meditation, sound bath, and reflection practices

  • Phones must be silenced and placed in the designated area (except during lunch)

  • Conversations are encouraged only during sharing circles, activities, and designated times

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • Come with an open mind and willingness to explore new concepts

  • Respect group space, including meet-and-greet during sharing sessions

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if necessary.

Media Release

  • Photos/videos will be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes

  • By attending, you consent to being included unless you inform us otherwise in writing

  • Participants will be requested to provide a testimonial at the end of the retreat. Participation is voluntary but greatly appreciated

  • By attending, you will be invited to share a Google review, feedback, or a personal reflection about your experience

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All registrations are final and non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval)

  • In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures

Liability Waiver

By registering, you agree to release the organizer (Maya Joshi / Awaken Inner Shakti) from any liability for:

  • Injuries

  • Emotional experiences

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

Agreement

By booking this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
